The Sales module provides your sales and contract administrators the ability to validate sales orders, report sales and perform revenue generating functions. In Sales Maintenance, you can edit existing proposals, convert proposals to sales orders and view relevant information to draft, execute, and maintain sales and contracts.  Editing a proposal may consist of changing header information such as Licensee, Date, Sales Executive, adding, editing or deleting products and episodes in the proposal, changing payment terms, and adding, editing or deleting materials requests.  The Sales Search feature allows you to search by Status (Pending, Signed, Expired, Suspended, Canceled), Order Number, Order Date, Sales Office, Sales Executive, Contract Number or Contract Sign Date.
