MediaRights™ provides for the creation and maintenance of distribution rights for one or more products, territories, markets and media.  Search for existing licensed rights, create new rights, update rights with productivity tools and set trigger events.  Once distribution rights have been established, sales executives may see all available products in MediaRights™ by running availability queries.

Creating new distribution rights is as simple as setting parameters like firm start and end, or apply windowing templates to accommodate events (such as music clearance, theatrical release, etc.) and trigger updating Start and Avail Dates.  Calendar drop-downs and check-boxes for re-run, tentative and perpetuity make setting rights terms fast and easy.

Productivity tools accomodate expedited rights handling.  The Mass Update feature enables you to update multiple products, territories and media in one step.  Windowing Templates allow you to set a specific time frame for media dates' releases in specific markets.  These templates can be saved and recalled for future use.
